SlipJet collects and processes information needed to provide account access, licensing, support, analytics, remote bookmaker artifacts, odds data, and desktop app services.
Information we collect
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, country, state or region, password hash, trial status, billing status, and support contact history.
- Product analytics: website signup time, download requests, first app login time, app version, feature usage events, bookmaker workspace metadata, and diagnostic logs needed to support the service.
- Payment data: Stripe processes card and payment details. SlipJet stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers.
- Email inbox data: if you use a SlipJet email alias, inbound messages, sender details, subject lines, message bodies, and attachments may be stored for display in the app.
- Bookmaker data: bookmaker credentials are intended to remain in the desktop app unless a future feature clearly asks you to send them to SlipJet.
How we use information
- To create accounts, validate licenses, provide trials, process subscriptions, and deliver support.
- To measure signup-to-download and download-to-app activation conversion.
- To improve bookmaker training packages, app reliability, odds features, and user experience.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
Sharing
We use service providers such as Render for hosting, Postgres for database storage, Stripe for billing, Mailgun for email, and analytics or support tools as needed. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and rights
We retain account records while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax, security, and support purposes. You can request access, correction, deletion, or export by contacting support.
Security
We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and least-privilege operational practices. No system is perfectly secure, so you should use a unique password and keep bookmaker credentials private.
