SlipJet starts with a free trial so you can evaluate the desktop app before paid billing. When paid subscriptions are enabled, subscription fees will renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription from the desktop app or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access may continue until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally do not refund completed billing periods after substantial use, but we will review duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental renewals, and service availability issues.
